How do I set up an invoice account?

Please download this form and return it to A member of the deliveries team will be in touch within 1 working day to discuss your account set up. We ask that first orders are placed using a debit or credit card.

What’s the minimum spend?


Can I pay by credit card?

Absolutely! We take all major credit cards including American Express.

Do you accept same day orders?

Yes! Please just place your order before 10am. And you can order up to two weeks in advance too.

What time slots do you offer?

Breakfast deliveries are between 7:30-8:29 and 8:30-9:29am. Lunches are between 11-11:59am and 12-1pm. If you need delivery at a specific time within that slot we will try our very best to reach you at this time, although due to high volumes of orders we can’t guarantee this.

When do I get my order confirmation?

Once you have placed the order, you will immediately be sent confirmation. If you paid by card, this receipt is for your records. If you have an account with us, this confirmation is also your invoice that needs to be passed on for payment.

What if I need to cancel my order?

We allow cancellations up until 5pm the working day before your delivery is due. Please call 020 7269 5130 to cancel your order or email Please note that we cannot accept any cancellations or amendments on the day of your delivery.

How do I move to my delivery to a different day?

If you need to move your delivery, please contact us as we usually need to cancel the order and ask that it is reordered on the correct day.

What do I do if I want to change/amend my order?

You will need to make these by 5pm on the working day before the delivery date. All cancellations or amendments must be confirmed by emailing We do not accept same day cancellations or amendments.

Can I collect my order?

As our orders are now made in delivery hubs rather than our individual shops, we can no longer offer collections through our website.

Can pod deliver at the weekend?

At the moment we don't offer deliveries at the weekend but we're working hard to get this sorted. Stay tuned and we'll update you as soon as possible.

Can I make adjustments to the platters?

Unfortunately, we cannot amend recipes from what is displayed. If you have questions though about the menu, please do get in touch. We’re happy to discuss on either 020 7269 5130 or

What do the platters come with?

As standard our deliveries are sent with cutlery and napkins. If you’ve ordered a salad platter we also send containers so you can serve up portions individually and salad tongs for easier serving. If you don’t need any of these extras, please just let us know!
