January’s a month to feel inspired, set goals for the year and live well. So, get ready for our nourishing and warming winter menu!


After an indulgent Christmas, we’re sure you’ll be glad to hear us say… we’re introducing a fresh new salad range this January. This includes new and improved versions of pod classics. Are you one of our legion of Slow Burner fanatics? We’ve made some tweaks to this pod classic and would love to hear your thoughts on it! The Protein Box has also been upgraded with antioxidant packed edamame, herby salsa verde dressing and iron rich chillied seeds, making its protein content even higher.


We’ve got two brand new, colourful veggie salads to brighten up your winter. We’re sure our Sweet Potato, Avo & Pomegranate salad will become a favourite amongst veggies and non-veggies alike; Greek style cheese, roasted sweet potato, avocado, nut free pesto peas and jewelled pomegranate seeds over a luscious, leafy base - dressed down, or dressed up with our classic vinaigrette.


Whether you’re dabbling in ‘veganuary’, are a vegan veteran or a full-time ‘Flexitarian’, we think you’ll love the new Verde Vitality Bowl, this beauty looks as good as it tastes. Sweet potatoes are a great source of vitamin A and we’ve tossed ours in a smoky, rich tomato sauce, paired them with protein packed black beans and potassium-rich avocado, amongst other fresh ingredients.


Warm up with two new, nourishing hot pods! These were a storming success in trial so we can’t wait for them to launch in all our stores! The Curried Cauliflower, Spinach and Butternut is nourishing plant-based goodness at its finest, slow cooked with coconut and warming Indian spices.


There’s also the new Pulled Beef Brisket Chilli - it’s high in protein and packed full of hearty ingredients.
